What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments in a secure environment via the below methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards.

  • PayPal

To protect cardholders, your bank may request that you are screened using 3D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa) and by an independent fraud prevention service.

Do you sell gift cards?

At present, we currently don't offer the choice of gift cards. It is however an option we are looking into providing very soon!

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Please note that due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return any of the following items:​

  • earrings

Unless they are returned to us unused and in a fully resalable condition with all hygienic seals in place and unbroken. This does not affect your right to return a product if the product is faulty or wrongly described.

Can I return my order/products?

If you are not completely happy with any product that you have ordered from us, you may return it to us in its original condition any time within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Please refer to the product details for any exclusions.

Simply contact us to make a return via chat or email.

Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of return postage.

Is VAT included in the prices I can see online?

 

Yes, all of our prices include VAT.

Can I be removed from your e-mailing list?

 

You can unsubscribe from our e-mailing list by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email. 

Can I amend my order?

 

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be amended.

We are able to try to amend delivery addresses (if contacted as soon as possible), but not items within the order once orders have been placed.

Can I cancel my order?

 

If you wish to cancel you order please contact us straight away, otherwise it may already be too late and the order dispatched.

Where Are You Based?

 

We’re based in South Devon, England, UK.

Do You Have A Shop?

 

Unfortunately we’re currently an online retailer at present, but hopefully there will be a physical shop in the future.

Is It Safe To Buy Online?

 

Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or any other means).

The server that hosts our website encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using Internet-standard SSL protocol.

One of your items is out of stock, when will it be available again?

Many items we have are in small quantities, as we have limited amounts of storage space available. 
If there is something you are particularly interested in, please contact us and we will be more than happy to check when it should be back in stock.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

We send our orders out with Royal Mail, with your choice of 1st or 2nd class service at the checkout. Please allow at least 2 working days for your item to be processed and shipped in the UK. 

How long does it take for a return to be processed?

Please allow 5 working days for your return to be processed, once we have received it.
